All cakes are made to order. We can either design something new or you can choose a design from our portfolio.
Consultation and cake testing
Consultations are by appointment only.
Cake testing will be provided at the consultation (only for wedding cake). Free of Charge with order confirmation or small charge with no confirmation.

Lead Times
We ask for 3 months notice when ordering wedding cakes, 1 months for other celebrations and 1 week for simple cakes, however depending on our schedule. we may be able to accept orders at shorter notice. Remember, for short notice orders, you may have to supply the flowers from cake decoration supplier which will cost you more.
Payment terms
To confirm an order, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required. The balance is due 1 month before the delivery or collection of the cake. We accept payment by cheque and bank transfer.

Cakes are packed with special box and safe to carry from my place.

Stand hire
We supply all of the stand for our wedding cakes. A cheque deposit of $150 is required. This is held until the stand is return to us in good condition. Stands must be return within 7 days.
Cancellation Policy
If you cancel your order for any reason up to 21 days before the date of the event, the deposit ($100) is non refundable. All other monies paid will be refunded within 7 days. If your order is cancelled less than 21 days from the event date, you shall received a refund 50% of the total cost.
